BPMC is so excited to be partnering up with Core Society to host two 45 minute Intro to Pilates and strength training classes at Core Society. This event is designed for individuals of all fitness levels who are looking to enhance their physical well-being, improve core strength, and develop a deeper understanding of Pilates techniques and strength training principles. The classes will take place at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 and 6:30 PM on Thursday, February 5, 2026.
